And Angelina OMG... she really suit this kind of gun shows lol... icings on the cake... she simply just leak out this unintentional coolness... just like Brad Pitt... Im a huge movie fan of Angelina and Brad...

This movie is about a few people in this world who have the ability to raise their pulse rate to around 400 beats per sec when they feel threatened... therefore with their heart beating so fast, it pumps a huge amount of adrenaline into the brain and hence making the human extremely alert, precise and brings out the individual's highest performance... and hence they can shoot so accurately to the point of bending the route of a bullet by swinging their gun as they fire...

Hmm lately just watched Sex And The City with Jun Hao and Eric and David. LOL 4 guys watching the movie. Not because we wana see anything but cause we got no partner to go watch with hahaha... Hmm i think it should not be titled "Sex and the City". It should be "Love and The City". I felt that this show is quite good la. Alot of smart jokes. Fashion sense of the actresses are damm good. Showing how friends can pull each other up during times of difficulties. Ultimately it has a very lovely and sweet happy ending...

This song is a song I've found. It was played in the movie during new year, when Carrie the lead actress went over to her friend's house to give her a surprise when she's feeling down, simultaneously showing a contrast between some good moments and some frustrating moments between all the characters. Its very hard to explain the images. But it was really a touching scene and with the song the outcome was really really awesome. Wa i wonder how the ppl in army train... the temperature lately have been hitting the unsafe zone quite a number of times... all it takes for me to sweat is to be outside of the medical centre for 10min... seriously super hot... hope nothing happens to our fellow soldiers... haha so drink more water ppl...

Today i covered my unit Army Fitness Centre's event... its a 6km run before a bball 3v3 tournament... after the 6km run which the Fitness specialist cleared as if was a 6m run... they went to do pull ups... imagine bout a few dozen hot bodies walking around and doing pull ups continuously as if they were push ups... lol abit too pro liao la lol...

Hmm lately is not no time to blog is lazy lolx... but hey many interesting things happened... Last Wednesday i went to cover a recce unit, a unit which focus on jungle survival skills… they were teaching trainees how to kill wild animals… it was really an eye opener for me… It’s the first time in my life that I’ve actually seen a live killing of something bigger then insects LOL… they demonstrated how to kill a crab, fish, frog, eel, fish, small bird and chicken… they also explained wat things to look out for to judge if that particular catch was edible or not… the instructors taught how to collect water with a thrash bag by using condensation method and how to build a water filter… they also taught them how to build a shelter to sleep in and a monitor lizard trap… it was soo interesting la…

Man its been nearly two weeks since i last blogged... hmm been going on fieldcamps like a super duper "commando" haha... been super bored outside man... sit there do nothing... c ppl do this and that... time really crawl man... aiya over le at last... Hmm tink i'm going to go to Taiwan soon probably in May ba... wif the Recce trainees... they're sending one hugh battalion over... our doctor is also going... Haha sometimes i really pity those trainees suffering outfield... i remembered one trainee asked me to bandage his hand cuz he sprained it... i was talking to him and he was answering for awhile before he fell asleep... juz like that... lol juz takes 5 sec of silence for him to sleep... after bandaging him i let him rest there same position... but after 5 min the warrant officer woke him up and tell him go back to dig hole zzz... oh well haha...

Sian got an extra duty for forgetting to paste the drug allergy sticker on a patient's registration slip... im not usually the one to paste the sticker... but its also my responsibilty to check la... so its also my fault la... abit sian leh so many weekends burnt liao stil hav to serve extra haha... nvm learn it the hard way ba... next time wil remember lol...

Friday i went for my medical appointment for chest pain... the doctor very weird he keep checking on symptons for Marfans syndrome... Hmm cuz last time a specialist told me i dun hav that diesease liao... so duno why he stil check... den he send me for backbone scan... zzz... den he brought so many ppl into the consultation room to look at me... i tink got 5 ppl there... feel like telling the doctor to address the main problem but too many ppl le... pai seh...

Ystd went to meet up wif Jun Hao, Eric and David... haha long time never see them le... alot of things to catch up... haha we had dinner at the food court on top... as usual I had Korean Cuisine... haha stil as nice as it was everytime... actually we wana go for movie de but den the movies dun look very appealing... so we decided to give it a miss... we walked around Jurong Point and chatted as we looked at the new things on sale haha... After that went arcade play ahwile den made our way home by bus... haha hope to meet up wif them soon...

I heard Jay's latest concert album in a cd shop on Friday... he sang songs mostly frm his latest album... i tot there's only two songs which are very nice in that particular album... but there's alot more man... i stayed there for very long... bout 30min liddat juz watching it... Today went to play bball wif medical centre ppl... after 6 points i fall out... cuz i forgot to cut my stupid toe nail... tink when i brake too fast... the whole nail on my first toe cracked upwards alittle... bad thing is that it did not crack fully so i can but it out... zzz now blood clot inside... cant jump cant run cant even walk normally... super sian man... injure this injure that everytime i try to do such things...

LOL i tink i sprained my back during shuttle run... duno whether is i too weak or too long never do le... super pain leh... now cant stand straight lol... look like an idiot... sian man... sometimes when wana train up den see my body condition liddat den aiya juz feel like leaving it there dun train...

Juz came back frm field camp not long before... the boredom was really terrible... next time muz bring entertainment things there... hmm hope no next time la... tink my life is shortened by a day or so frm all the passive smoking... everybody is lighting up one after another, super funny... i siam here den there come...

Found out that my medic friend Razif used to be a chef in a restaurant... lol he taught me a thing or two... no i stil cant cook... but i told my mum the recipe that he told me and den really the food turned out nice haha... cooking can be very fun if u trial and error... maybe can get something super nice...
