Yi Jia Ren Chalet...

Hey blogging from home now... many things to update today...

4th of July is my birthday haha... alot of church ppl wished me happy birthday so thanx alot le... hmm was practising guitar wanted to bring it wif me to the chalet... to play for Ting... but my throat really cannot le, i cant reach high keys, even for my own song i cant... so i was devastated la so decided not to bring it le... guess its fated... i dunwana give a lousy performance also... woke up at around 11am packed my things and went to the chalet myself... Haha this chalet is for a particular group in the class only la... hmm consist of Jie Xin, Swee San, Fong Lin, Yan ling, Shane, Eileen, Ting and me la... we named this group Yi Jia Ren la haha... hmm it was cause of Ting that i am a part of the group...

Hmm when i reached the chalet they were already playing UNO stacko le... yup after awhile i went out to buy some things with Shane and when we returned, the lights were switched off and there was a nice mango cake for me accompanied by the nice bday songs... they chipped in to get a few clothes for me too... Ting gave me a personal gift... a key chain wif the shape of a guitar... those type where often malay ppl set up stalls in pasa malam, and they wil make it on the spot for u... haha to tink of it, i duno why but it really hurts me... we passed by so many such shops saying how nice their craftwork was... now it has become my birthday gift... but i loved the keychain alot alot... yup besides all the presents, they also prepared a card...

Yup later on we continued playing la... til its dinner time when we settled our meal in the kopitiam... yup after that went to play pool wif the whole group... everybody dun know how to play de... only Shane, Ting and me know how... so we teached them along the way la... was very very fun... and super funny la... and best of all its cheap...

After that we went to the arcade hmm played the basketball machine... i kip losing leh... whoever teams wif me sure get the lowest score de... duno why liddat... tink too easy le thats why i cant do it wahaha... no la i suck in that game... haha we went on to Daytona after that and i continued my losing streak haha...

It was quite late le so we went back to chalet to play games... its very difficult to explain the games la... but its all those games that were played by stars on tv... for eg, 1 representative frm each grp wil act out something and the others wil try to guess... haha and so much more la...we played truth or dare... and really frm that game i really understood everybody at a deeper level la... had fun slept around 4am...

Haha the next day.... we were supposed to go to Sentosa de, seeing that the sky was turning grey, we decided to get a few VCDs to watch at home... after much looking around we decided to get Primeval, Pretty Woman and Poseidon... we watched Primeval first... ok i think its really boring la... yea haha after that everybody was falling asleep la... so everybody went on to play Dai Di and mahjong... i went out to grab something to eat...

Hmm actually was feeling very lost at that time la... same old things bothering me... haha so took that excuse to go out for a walk... i went to the beach there... the journey there was so hot but i was shivering from the occasion cold winds... felt very emo at that time... i went to the rock where Ting and Me first vandalised something haha... we made an agreement that we'll come and vandalise one rock each year... sigh its smudged already le... no longer that clear anymore... guess it cant take the continuous pounding of the rain... so it fades... all that is left now is juz some little outlines and a few tears of my own there... took a picture of it... really means alot to me... sigh... dwelled there for a little longer before going back to get something to eat...

When i got back... played abit of Dai Di wif Eileen Fong lin and Jie Xin... haha i kip winning yea... then we went to dinner at the same kopitian... we returned early cuz many wanted to see Lin Yu Zhong on tv... he's one with great talents and he has a great voice and best of all he played the guitar too... after that we played some games again... this time it was something like a test on everybody's understanding on each other... we wil set questions regarding ourselves to let others guess the correct ans... haha everybody did badly la... but it was fun...

Continued with the second movie... Pretty Woman... this movie is quite an old movie le... its very meaningful... how a hooker and a selfish businessman fell in love with each other... how the hooker was changed by the businessman to be a straight lady... and how the businessman was changed by the hooker to be a person who does business wif compassion... ok i did quite a bad description... go catch it very nice de... i love something that they said at the last part when they finally got each other... the businessman asked the woman "So wat happened after the knight climbs up the tower to save the princess?" the woman replied "the princess saves the knight right back"... SOOOOO sweet la haha... nice show...

Everybody was tired le... so we never get to watch Poseidon... yup we woke at 6am and took a taxi home to our respective homes... when i alighted from the taxi i looked at Ting from the back window... she never turned back...

Yup dragged myself up home... i took out the card and read the msges one by one... i was really reading wif tears... i duno why... im juz very touched... did a msg for everyone to thank them for their efforts... and thats basically wats happened...

Happy Gathering...

Hmm few days no blog le... many things happened... start wif Saturday ba... Hmm was actually going to tuition de but end up never... went to church later on... yup pastor preached bout the things which most christians missed out on... she brought us back on track la... Yup after that church friends prepared a card and bought a small cheese cake to celebrate my bday la... hmm was happy la... thanx ppl appreciate it alot :)

On Sunday met up wif Benjamin his girlfriend Michelle and Leonard... hmm we met at Jurong Point at 6pm... haha as always they were late bout 20 min liddat... haha we went to buy the tickets for TRANSFORMERS... later on we ate korea cuisine... haha chatted alot through our meal... as our movie was quite late... we went to play pool... actually i dun intend to play de... cuz i duno how... but seeing that the group dun really hav a common interest besides pool, so i juz go wif them lo... haha very very funny lo the game cuz we kip missing alot of easy shots haha... Ben and Michelle team up... Leonard and me team up... sian la we lost 3 games to 1 haha but cant blame la... i was juz hitting the ball happily only haha... wa Michelle also know how to play de haha tink she score more den Ben... yup after that went to get some things to drink and eat before going to the cinema... we were sitting at the second row... it was so uncomfortable la... and very difficult to see the graphics clearly cuz too close to the screen le... the movie was nice juz disappointed at the view... becuz of that i cant tell which is good guy which is bad guy... and it seem juz like a whole chunk of metals crashing into one another... but got to admit the actions were great and long and very funny also haha... Yup if we were at the back sit... we would hav enjoyed the movie more... it was about 1130 le when the movie ended... Leonard got to rush home while Ben Michelle and me boarded the 198 bus... haha for the whole journey really really had a great time chatting to Ben, he told me bout his Manchester trip wat he learned and so on la... haha very sorry to Michelle la cuz Ben never talk to her on the trip back... but she's a very understanding girl so dun tink she will mind such things... haha so little time yet so much to catch up... haha i sent Ben a msg after the gathering regarding how i enjoyed the time la... haha he replied that he enjoyed too and that he stil remembered all the times that we had together, he also added an extra "friends forever"... haha really means alot to me... hope we can hav another outing soon...

When i reached home sat down, i suddenly got an inspiration to write a song la... so since juz got back from gathering decided to do a song for Ben... haha finished the chorus le and also some parts of the verse... Hmm hope can do a good one la... yup speaking of song quite sad la... i did not do a good job for Milton's tune... i got the wrong tune... means i used a similar tune but not the correct one... so the lyrics would be hard to fit lo... haiz v disappointed though... he said that he dunwan the lyrics cuz he dunwana change my lyrics juz to suit his tune as it'll be unfair to me... and he says my version of singing the lyrics is nice... so he told me to improve on the song lo... though its a kind way to put it la... but its stil very sad la... well its my fault la for not making sure the tune was right... sigh im a let down... Hmm Milton said that if i improved on my strumming patterns it would be a great song... cuz he told me that my strumming is all over the place totally weird... now been learning the basics again le... counting "1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and" lol juz hope it helps la... now im also training the barre chords F and Bm... i told myself this two chords first... muz get it quick and get it right... so i juz change F to Bm 20 times whenever i pick up the guitar...

Yup tml is chalet le... im juz looking forward to seeing u again... duno if i wana bring my guitar anot... cuz im really quite lousy still... and due to all the junk food my voice is totally CMI... but i duno if i stil got any chance to meet u after the chalet anot... so guess i'll probably juz bring and play it for u only... dun laugh wor haha...

Hmm nothing much le... today i looked at the mirror when i was changing... i smiled and found out that it was not so smooth anymore le... hmm tink its been long since i stayed happy for a whole day... juz hope it gets better la... yup a nice phrase to share...
